Today our Senegalese technical adviser El Hadji Malick Sally (Phd Geographer; 2nd from the left (photo)) was invited by SFER (Société Française d’Economie Rurale) to Montpelier to explain “Le mariage sulfureux ” entre territoires et politiques agricoles : la double expérience du Sénégal”. An added value in understanding the socio-anthropological context in which OZG wants to intervene. More specifically in the Great Green Wall.
This is about creating the conditions for a favourable climate (avoiding conflicts) in order to be able to do business with all groups in the population.
