Very happy to announce that after 1 year of covid-19 we are back in action on the field
With an iron strong team in Belgium and Senegal, we are – after a little more than a year – picking up where we left off in mid-March 2020 because of covid-19. Now it is all hands on deck to be able to plant as much forest as possible before the start of the rainy season.
The 2020-2021 initiatives of Lignaverda Challenge, #cyclingfortheclimate, the fund of the King Baudouin Foundation “Friends of OZG”, Kadoboom and all free donations will be deployed in the Great Green Wall of Senegal.
A feasibility study for Namibia will be further developed in the course of this year to establish forests in the Southern Great Green Wall from 2023 onwards to try to stop desertification caused by climate disruption.
