Data Processor
Our app uses a backend service provided by KeepMoving.eu (Energy Lab NV, Belgium). They handle the technical infrastructure, user registration, and activity tracking data. Their Privacy Policy can be found at: https://app.keepmoving.eu/terms/privacy
What data we process and why
We process the following data for the purpose of managing your participation in company sports challenges:
- Account Information: name, email, company code (provided by your employer).
- Activity Data: activity types, distances, duration, and dates. This data is collected from your connected fitness apps (such as Strava, Garmin, Fitbit, RunKeeper).
We use this data exclusively to:
- Allow you to participate in your company’s sports challenge.
- Provide updates and transactional emails related directly to your participation (using CampaignMonitor as a sub-processor).
Data storage and sharing
Your personal data is primarily stored and processed by KeepMoving.eu. We (Lignaverda) do not store your personal activity data separately.
We use CampaignMonitor to send transactional emails. CampaignMonitor’s privacy policy is available at https://www.campaignmonitor.com/policies/#privacy-policy.
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to:
